Testi abil saab selgitada v\u00e4lja toiduained, mida inimese immuuns\u00fcsteem ei talu. Nende v\u00e4ltimise v\u00f5i m\u00f5\u00f5duka tarbimise abil on v\u00f5imalik oluliselt oma tervist parandada ja elukvaliteeti t\u00f5sta. Testi v\u00f5ib teha erinevate tervisprobleemide korral: nahahaigused, \u00fclekaalulisus, s\u00fcdame-veresoonkonna haigused, allergilised seisundid, seedeh\u00e4ired, krooniline v\u00e4simus jne. Testis tuuakse v\u00e4lja kolm erinevat talumatuse astet ja arvestatakse ka risttalumatust, mis v\u00f5ib esineda samasse toidugruppi v\u00f5i taime perekonda kuuluvate toiduainete suhtes.
